Brief Answer:
Either folliculitis or inflammed cystic lesion

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for writing to us at healthcare magic

I have reviewed the attached photograph and according to me it seems to be either folliculitis that is inflammation of the hair follicle or some inflammed cystic lesion.

In either of the condition I recommend my patients to take oral and topical antibiotics.

I usually recommend them to take tablet Cefixime 200 mg twice daily for 5 days along with application of Mupirocin cream on the affected area twice daily for 5-7 days.

These are prescription medicines and you need to see the doctor in person to get them.

I hope to have answered your query and would be happy to clarify any further doubts.

Regards
Dr Asmeet
