What Causes A Red Circular Spot At The Tip Of The Penis?

Question: Hello I have a small red circle on the tip of my penis. It is a red ring the size of a BB. Their is also a very small little irritation spot that looks like the outer ring. They are right next to my pee hole. I haven't had intercourse in a few months. This spot appeared about three weeks ago and has slightly changed to form less of a ring like irritation. Its still in the same spot. I'm hoping it's ringworm. It doesn't itch or burn when I pee and their is no pain. I have noticed a slight odor mostly in the crease of my crotch. Sweat balls kinda smell that normally isn't their.

Seems like a mild dermatitis or a yeast infection. It is not ringwom. Ringworm does not usually happen on the glans of penis.
I suggest you to use a moderately potent topical steroid + antifungal cream combination e.g clotrimazole 1% and beclomethasone dipropionate 0.025% cream. twice daily for a week and it should be fine.
