Question: for Dr. XXXXXXX Bhavsar

Sir i am trying to increase my sleep duration. and it helps me . from last 3 days i sleep more and back head pain is reduced. only today i could not sleep and again pain started.
now sir i have one trouble. i have one red big bump on my chest. it apear yesterday and or day before yesterday but today i observe this . it causes pain when i touch this one.
one thing i have to mention i used one spray 2 days back on my chest that is anti bug or anti mosquito spray. does that cause such thing? or such type or bump is related to hiv? sir i know i am using same fear again and agin but i could not stop my mind. can i send you the picture of chest bump?

sir i was feeling pain on this area. and now its very much reduced and only mark is available. is that was something dangrous? or it might be due to anti mosquito spray.
sir my 2nd question is about my allergy related. i finished the medicines suggested by you , i used these medicines for one month and now from last 3 days i m not using. i feel some changes.
i am not feeling back head pain. i dont know it was due to medicines or it was due to lack of sleep. 2nd now again when i wake up in the morning i face a lot of sneezing, shortness of breathing , i felt my throat and nose itchy and also a little irritation in my ears, (today i used one nasal spray at night and after that i was feeling very much ok)but by the time passing . at the mid of the day i feel normal or very less symptoms of cold or allergy. but at night up to morning i feel very uncomfortable. during medicines i was feeling very much normal but i was having back head pain etc. kindly suggest me something that can bring me out of this, because such type of problems forced me to thing of big diseases.
