Brief Answer:
Sebaceous cyst; Need to be removed surgically

Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you for writing to us

I have read your question and I have also reviewed the Image

This is a small sebaceous cyst i.e an accumulation of secretions of sebaceous glands in a cystic cavity. The glands are present in the lining wall of the cyst cavity and empty its contents into the cavity, which may or may not, progressively increase in size. Sebaceous cyst would require a minor surgical intevention. Medication would have no effect on it.

Thanks a lot Dr.
I have another question, what if I kept this sebaceous cyst currently?
Does it have any bad consequences on me for the future?

Am I obliged to remove as soon as possible?
Can I wait another 3 to 6 months to remove it?

Thanks a lot in advance.

Brief Answer:
You can get it removed at a later date

Detailed Answer:
Hi.

This can be removed later. There is no urgency. In fact for a small cyst as this, a surgeon would most likely send you back and ask you to return only if it increases in size.
