Brief Answer:
Post auricular Lymph node enlargement

Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome

I appreciate your concern

It appears to be a swollen lymph node. Swollen nodes behind the ear are mostly due to infections in the head region which can be viral or bacterial. Most likely a swelled up node such as this regresses and becomes smaller in size within two weeks and would require no treatment in the absence of any symptoms that indicate an infection in its vicinity. If the node enlarges or becomes tender or persists even after two weeks then you need to visit your doctor to examine your ears, nose and throat to look for a focus of infection and other clues that may indicate a biopsy of the swelling/bump.

Wishing you best of health

Thanks
