Question: Doctor, there is a sore on the frenulum of my penus, and also so many smegma producing than normal produce. I'm cleaning the penus twice in a day. But no point. This sore is very painful when touch the water. Pls give me a solution..

You had not mentioned anything about your sexual activities and about your marital state.
Smegma accumulation is more common in adolescents and in young adults. Not so common to get after thirties. Smegma accumulation would never be so fast if you are having regular habit of cleaning your genitals thoroughly. There is every possibility for you to mistaken the yeast infection with white deposits for smegma.
The painful sore over the frenulum could be due to a simple tear or could be due to super added STD.
Sexual abstinence for a period of 7-10 days is a must to achieve a proper healing of frenal tear.
A careful examination and investigations are necessary to rule out Yeast infection and STD.
So consult your Dermato-venereolgist as soon as possible and get cured soon.
