Question: Have an stinging red rash in groin redness present on tesicles. Not an std have been tested. Have had good reaction to clotrimazole and betamethasone

Thanks for being at healthcaremagic
I have reviewed the attached photograph and according to me it seems to be a ringworm infection.
In such cases I recommend my patients to use antifungal cream like Clotrimazole cream on the affected area twice daily for 2-3 weeks till the rash settles and take oral antihistaminic like tablet Chlorpheniramine 4mg once or twice daily depending on the intensity of itching and stinging.

Chlorpheniramine is available as over the counter.
I am not sure about clotrimazole. You need to check.
