What Causes A Lump Near The Groin Area?

Question: I have a large lump in a blood vessel, in the fold of my right leg at the groin area about the middle/near the inside of the fold. It tends me to think of it as a blood clot but, I am not a Medical Doctor.

Please give additional history for me to assist you better:
Since when is the lump present?
Is it expansile meaning does it increase in size or give impulse on coughing or remains stationary?
Is it reducible means reduces/vanishes in size on pressing on it or remains same?
Any pain, tenderness, redness?
Any other history like urinary tract infection, scrotal/penile skin infection?

With the explanation you have provided, this looks to be an inguinal lymph node issue as per the site you have explained.
I would advise you the following:
Please get confirmation by the clinical evaluation, actual examination by your Doctor, preferably by a General Surgeon.
Ultrasonography and FNAC if required and indicated.
Appropriate treatment as per the final diagnosis hence made.
