Question: I have tinnitus, hydrops, menieres disease and lump in throat.have had it 6 weeks.

For me the next best step for you is to get an indirect larynogoscopy done first to confirm the lump. It is better excised and biopsied.
The excision can reduce the symptoms as all of the above symptoms may be connected. Lump can cause aggravate the symptoms by Menieres disease.
I think you should immediately take an appointment with ENT surgeon.
