Based on the history you have shared, this lump which is causing such pressure symptoms leading to reffered pains in whole leg needs detailed evaluation by local as well as limb examination and neurological examination if possible.
Also to start the rest of the work up, basic blood profiles alongwith CRP and ESR as well as ultrasound of the swelling and pelvis is recommended. If signs of limb ischemia or any problem to blood flow are suspected, a doppler ultrasound may also be needed.
However the most specific and targeted investigation is biopsy of the lump or swelling to assess the nature of swelling.
Meanwhile continue OTC analgesics like acetaminophen or ibuprofen and local NSAID gels like diclofenac can be used. If pain is severe more potent analgesics like tramadol or nerve pain suppressants like gaba pentins may be needed.
