Question: I have a feeling of something stuck in my throat. the hospital did an xray and saw nothing . I'm not sure if I have tonsil stones or what's going on

gargles with salted leukwarm water & peppermint oil
avoid oily/spicy/nonveg/chilled items
analgesic mor & eve after meals
