Brief Answer:
I think this has to do with your digestive tract

Detailed Answer:
Hello ma'am and welcome.

Thank you for writing to us.

I have gone through your query with diligence and would like you to know that I am here to help. In my opinion the only other possibility, other than pregnancy which can be ruled out, is most probably a gas issue to do with the digestive tract.

Gastric issues can be related to menopause and peri-menopause, which can result in rumbling and movements in your digestive tract (especially the intestines), that can result in the presentation you are experiencing. This could be the reason why the MRI scans and all the other investigations have returned no abnormalities.

In such a situation, all you need to do is to make sure you eat well, drink plenty of water, and also avoid long gaps between meals, avoid alcohol, avoid smoking, and avoid spicy/fatty/fried/oily food.

I hope you find my response helpful. Please feel free to write back to me for any further clarifications, I am always here to help.

Best wishes.
