Brief Answer:
It is probably due to condition for which you take medicine

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXX,
Thanks for using Healthcaremagic.

I read your query and understand your concerns.

Not feeling fresh, feeling of sluggishness and less motivation are features of depression rather than the medicine used by it. The current medication you use (censpram) is used for treating the symptoms you mentioned but it is not the cause of such symptoms.

Since the effective dose of censpram for a a healthy young person is 10-20 mg it is possible that current dose is inadequate to tackle your symptoms in full range. The second possibility is that the medicine is not effective for you as this is found in about one third of patients.

According to me following can be done.

First if you do not have any improvement over the last six months it is time to change medication.

In case you have partial response that it will be better to either increase the dose or go four augmentation (additional medicine) therapy.

If the dullness and inactivity are the only remaining symptoms than modafinil or armodafinil can be considered as augmentation therapy.

At this stage I feel it will be appropriate to discuss with your doctor next course of action as described above.
I hope this helps you.
Thanks and regards.
