I read your question and i understand your concern. White bumps on your left side of soft palate are likely plaques and nothing to worry about just need some oral hygiene maintenance, some garlic water mouth rinses and some salt water gargles. Rest of the structures like waldeyer ring, tonsils, pharynx etc all normal and not swollen of any kind.

However the oral hygiene is compromised specially the left lower molars need to be cared for, that might be the reason of these recurrent white patches. If you have some oral discomfort , get a throat swab, no harm in taking some oral antifungal ointments like nystatin drops or daktarin gel etc.

Nutshell, maintenance of good oral hygiene and treating the symptoms alone will help. Talk to an oral hygienist for further management .
