What Causes A Bruise On The Upper Left Arm?
Question: I have a bruise on the inside of my upper left arm. The bruise is a perfectly round approximately 1 inch in diameter with a flesh colored white center. It does not feel like a bruise and I don't remember hitting myself there. Any idea what it might be

I just noticed it yesterday. It is not tender to the touch. Im uploading a photo. It is also not itchy and does not feel raised, but maybe a little warm and little swillen.

I think you are having a superficial bruise. It can occur due to sleeping in wrong position or keeping your arm in contact with any hard surface like table. It is not a serious problem and It is improving. In the absence of pain and any itching, just observation for couple of days and you can apply calamine lotion. You should be fine.
