The black spot seems like a nevus, which because is round and small, should not be a bad, dangerous nevus.
If it grows though, if it gets irregular shape, you should go to the dermatologist to see it with a dermatoscope and see the cells from close view.

I can be very sure though, that the one you have now is nothing to worry about.

The fact it fall off means that maybe it was a blood clot, or something stacked there, and in a way you have done your own treatment.

If it comes up again, and especially if it gets bigger, then you should see a physician.
