Brief Answer:
yes

Detailed Answer:
Hi and welcome. Prostate malignancy relapse cant be determined just based on psa.
But PSA of 200 6 years after prostate cance doesnt need to mean cancer and probably this isnt cancer. It is elevated in some other benign prostate disorders such as hyperplasia, prostatitis or uroinfection. So at this point you should not be worried, but it should be followed up with ultrasound and biopsy should be done if necessary. Wish you good health. Regards

Brief Answer:
3-4 years

Detailed Answer:
Well, seeds are in most cases left permanently but its radioactive activity is negligible after 3-4 yeas and it has significant effect in first 1 year. So in your case there is definitely no more seed activity. Also, if 10 years passed then it is considered that you are cured for cancer. what could happen is that there is anpther prostate disorder such as hyperplasia, prostatitis or uroinfection. Wish you good health.
