Brief Answer:
You can start on oral steroids

Detailed Answer:
Hello

There are many treatment options for bells palsy, but none of them have proven to be very effective and have varied results

In my practice we start the patient on tablet prednisolone 1mg/kg for 5-7 days along with b complex tablets once in the night.

I also recommend them to meet an eye doctor , for prescription of eye drops and methods for eye care.

I also send them to a physiotherapist, who teaches them exercises and gives electric stimulation to the muscles for early recovery.

Please dont worry as most of the patients recover completely in 10-14 days.

Regards
