Brief Answer:
Hormonal disturbance likely

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand the concerns.
Delayed periods can be due to Pregnancy, hormonal disturbance like hypothyroidism, hyperprolactinemia or polycystic ovarian syndrome.
If there is no chance of pregnancy, then thyroid and prolactin hormone levels should be done.
I have reviewed the reports.
The blood reports are normal.
However, ultrasound shows a possibility of septate uterus, which do not leads to delayed periods.
I will suggest her to get the hormonal levels like
1. thyroid function test
2. Serum Prolactin
3. Serum DHEAS levels
done to confirm the diagnosis.
You can get back to me with the reports
Hope you found the answer helpful.
