Brief Answer:
Dry mucosa inside the nose

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Rhinocort has budesondie in it, it causes dryness to the mucosa of the nostrils.
If there is dryness then it is highly likely to rupture the capillaries. The nose is highly vascular and thus bleeds.
You need a nasal saline gel to be used sufficiently four to six times a day to keep it moist. If the nose brings sound when you breathe in air that means you have dry nose.
It is also good to get examined by doctor and check if there are bleeding capillaries that can be cauterized.
Hope this helps.

I bought ocean mist saline spray. Is that good to use. So this is nothing to be overly concerned about even though it seems to happen almost eevery time zI blow my Nose? I already went to my ENT and he checked my nose, He told me when I use the nasal spray to spray it towards my eye instead of straight up, but that has not helped.

Brief Answer:
Dryness is main issue with bleeding

Detailed Answer:
Yes, but I prefer gel consistency than liquid spray. it stays on for longer time. Spray might need more frequent use.
good luck.

I stopped using the Rhinocort, and I am just using the saline spray. Still have slight bleeding when I blow my nose, and nose is still dry and stuffed up. I can't find the gel so am continuing to use the spray. Anything else I can try? Will it take awhile to clear up?i Was it good to stop using the Rhinocort? Is there another nasal spray I can try?

Brief Answer:
Stop Rhinocort and continue saline spray

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

It would take sometime to clear up. You can stop Rhinocort and continue saline spray. Do not blow the nose or pick it with fingers. If still does not clear we need to check if there are ulcers or polyps which cause it to bleed.
