What Casues Small Pimples In Shoulder Area?
Folliculitis or allergy, need certain details

I understand your concern regarding your skin problem and I hope I am able to help you in the same.
I have seen the attached pictures. The lesions look like small superficial folliculitis lesions.
I would like to know if the lesions on both the sides and symmetrically at the same site.
It is important to know this to rule out any chances of a contact allergic reaction due to any cloth or undergarment contact at exactly the same area of shoulders on both sides.
If however it is on different areas, then the probability of folliculitis is more.
A simple antibiotic cream like neosporin or mupirocin would help in case of folliculitis while an allergic reaction would require the application of a topical steroid cream like cortisone.
Also please tell if you have any similar lesions over face, chest and upper back as well.
Kindly provide me with the above details so that we can reach a final diagnosis.

Looks like allergic reaction
Detailed Answer:
Hi again
The rash you have at present seems to be more like an allergic skin reaction which can be due to contact with anything or even due to excessive sun exposure.
This rash does not clinically resemble a rash of secondary syphilis. But if you have any other symptoms of secondary syphilis as well known you had any history of such an exposure, then the best thing would be to get yourself tested for it.
However for the time being, you can apply a mild topical steroid cream like cortisone cream over the affected area twice a day.
