Brief Answer:
Fungal infection suspected

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

It is certainly an infection, most probably candida infection. Antibiotics do not help in these cases, but anti-fungal treatment is needed.

Diabetic patients are prone to fungal infection.
You need to see an urologist and start treatment, meanwhile the sugar levels should try to be within the normal ranges.

Hope the information will help and wish him good health.

Dr. Mirjeta
