Brief Answer:
This vomiting and nausea is normal.

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

Normally, nausea subsides at the end of the first trimester ( 12 weeks). Sometimes, in some women as the uterus grows and enlarges in size, it puts pressure on the stomach and other organs, leading to acidity and nausea. SO, do not worry, it is normal for pregnant women to experience this.

Simple remedies will help you -
1. Eat home made, fresh, bland food. Avoid spicy, oily , greasy, fried or stale food. Avoid eating outside.
2. Instead of 2 big meals, have 5 - 6 spaced out meals.
3. Take lots of water, buttermilk, coconut water, lime water etc.
4. You can take Sinate - OD tablet same as Doxinate, this is needed just once a day, early in the morning, it will help your nausea.
5. You can take Pantop - D tablet twice a day to combat the acidity.
6. Before sleeping, take a glass of chilled milk at night.
7. Sleep with pillows propping up your head at night.
8. After any meal, avoid lying down or sleeping for at least 2 hours.
9. Avoid stress or worrying, as it compounds the acidity.
10. You can add simple items like lemon, cinnamon, ketchup to your food instead of chilies and spices to alter the taste and improve your nausea.
11. Appetite varies during various pregnancy stages, and during summer, a decreased appetite is quite normal. Substitute fluids like soups and juices if you cannot eat much solid food.

The nausea will gradually decrease as the pregnancy advances.

I hope this answers your query. In case you have additional questions or doubts, you can forward them to me, and I shall be glad to help you out. Wishing you good health.
