Brief Answer:
Possible Plantar fasciitis

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

As per your symptoms, you seem to have plantar fasciitis which means Inflammation of the plantar fascia.

I generally prescribe oral pills of analgesics like Diclofenac 75mg twice daily and Diclofenac gel for local application to my patients to relieve the pain.

Please check with your physician if s/he shares my view and if can prescribe these medications to improve your symptoms.

To prevent plantar fasciitis: Take care of your feet. Wear shoes with good arch support and heel cushioning. Since your work requires you to stand on hard surfaces, stand on a thick rubber mat to reduce stress on your feet. Do exercises to stretch the Achilles tendon at the back of the heel.
