What Are These Red Itchy Bumps On My Thighs, Back And Hands?

Question: I've been having skin issues, with are red itchy bumps. I have them on my thighs, back and hands mostly.

I uploaded another pic of the bumps on my hand.

What is the duration of the bumps? They normally last 3 days, before more appear.
Is itching more during the day or night? I noticed at night.
Is there any history of itching and bumps in your family or friends? Not that I know of.
Do you have any other ailments or take any medicines? Not that I know of.
Have you used or applied anything new on the body? I noticed them a few weeks ago, it seem when returning from the gym.
Is there any history of insect bites? No

Allergic reaction, potent topical steroid & antihistaminic

Detailed Answer:
According to your complaints it seems to be an allergic reaction.
If I was your treating doctor I would recommend recommend you to apply potent topical steroid like clobetasol propionate cream on the affected areas twice daily and take antihistaminic like tablet cetrizine 10 mg once or twice daily depending on the intensity of itching for 2 weeks.
Topical steroids are prescription drugs and you need to see the doctor in person to get them.
