Brief Answer:
It may interference with sexual function

Detailed Answer:
Hello
I appreciate your concern
Finasteride may interfere with sexual function like erectile dysfunction and loss of libido (low sex drive) when used for long period of time.
On stopping, it will not affect in any way, post use side effects may persist for 6 months to 1 year or life long that depends on duration of therapy

Mintop is ok for hair fall, I would advise you to use 10% preparation initially for 2 weeks followed by 5% for 6 to 8 weeks.

You should take multivitamin supplements like biotin and other vitamins and minerals.
You should take good amount of protein in your diet so eat sprouts, green leafy vegetables and fresh fruits.
Hope this answers your question, please feel free to ask for follow up with a photograph of the scalp.
Best wishes

Use for just a one month is not going to affect much so you need not to worry.
If you are not having serious problem of hair fall than you should avoid using it

In my opinion you should consult with your doctor for risk benefit assessment.

Answered by Dr. Dr. BR Hudda (1 hour later)
Brief Answer:
It must contain biotin, folic acid and other b complex vitamins

Detailed Answer:
Hello
I had gone through your photographs
Since you are loosing hair from all over the scalp than it might be related to nutritional deficiency or somell local reason like dandruff or seborrhoeic dermatitis or fungal infection

In such a case you need not to take Finasteride, I would you visit a dermatologist for physical examination to establish a diagnosis

In my opinion you should use ketoconazole shampoo twice weekly and keep its foams there for 5 to 10 minutes than wash it.
You should.multivitamin supplements like zevit, follihair or revital. Look for its composition it must contain biotin, zinc, calcium. Folic acid, and other b complex vitamins.
You should take amla and aloe vera juice everyday.
Hope this answers your question
Best wishes

Answered by Dr. Dr. BR Hudda (2 hours later)
Brief Answer:
It would be better if you prepare it's juice at home

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Welcome again
Non major side effects are reported with multivitamin supplements and antioxidants as it excretes in urine and faeces when taken in excess.

It would be better if you take whole of amla or you prepare it at home, juices available in market may contain some preservatives but it is safe.
