Brief Answer:
Acute Gastroenteritis

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

You seem to be suffering from acute gastroenteritis.
Most of the times the diarrhea are viral in origin and it improves within 3-5 days without any antibiotic therapy.

Initially, I give my patients Recedrotil (Cap Enuff) thrice daily and if no improvement occurs in next 2-3 days, or there is blood in stool, I add antibiotics like Ofloxacin and Ornidazole.

You should also take Probiotics containing Lactobacillus which helps a lot.You should consume yogurt in diet that also acts as a very good natural probiotic. Drink an oral rehydration solution regularly. This is my personal opinion based on details available here.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
