It is sold over the counter, and the ingredients that it contains are rice Powder, gelatin capsule, vegetable gagnesium stearate, silica. Through the two last ingredients, it promotes a laxsative effect of the bowel, by causing water loss, ans so weight loss.
If I was your caring doctor I would not recommend to use this medication for that purpose, because losing weight by using laxatives is not a healthy way to lose weight.
