I can understand your problem. These symptoms like someone is controlling you. That person is inside you and is grooling and barking. The different voices you are hearing are most likely hallucinations. All these symptoms are most likely due to some psychotic episode and if they are persistent and present since long time then most likely they are due to Schizophrenia.

These symptoms need proper evaluation. Please don't sit at home and talk to any close member of family or friend and visit a Psychiatrist. If you have already taken some medicines even then anti-psychotic medicines can help. Antipsychotics like Clozapine, Olanzapine, Ziprasidone, Risperidone etc can help. These medicines can help to reduce the symptoms and will help in coming out of this problem. Try to remain relaxed and visit a psychiatrist.
