What Are The Symptoms Of Glucose Intolerance?
Question: I suspect that my daughter is glucose intolerant and have taken her off of all glucose products for two-three days., to see if her system reacts positively. Her symptoms included upper abdominal distress, terrible gas pains and frequent diarrhea bouts. this has been occurring now, almost on a daily basis. As a response, she eats plain carbs, thinking it will be easier to digest on a bad stomach. Please note that we have seen a gastroenterologist recently and she never mentioned the possible links- merely that XXXXXXX may have IBS. Can you tell me about glucose intolerance and some of the symptoms/reactions and what I should watch for ? This is for my 21 year old daughter.

Glucose is broad term we must exclude lactose intolerence, gluten intolerence.
As you said she is allergic to bread, paste gluten might be the culprit.
