Brief Answer:
Upper middle abdominal pain.

Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Thank you for the query.

Gastritis is a term describing stomach inflammation. It can be caused by stress, H.Pylori infection, bad diet and some medicines (pain killers and aspirin). Gastritis can give no symptoms at all. And if it does give symptoms, usually it is dull pain located in the upper middle abdomen. The pain does not radiate to the back. Nausea and lack of appetite can be present as well. The pain starts or worsens after food intake and can disappear when the stomach is empty.

Hope this will help. Feel free to ask further questions.
Regards.
