i am having fatty liver problem.symptoms are heavy gas,sleeping problem,faces are loose ,sometimes normal.feeling hungry but not able to digest and have gastric trouble since last 3 months.
i chew tobacco since last 10 years and i am 40 years old.

I have gone through your description and seen the reports you have uploaded.
Early fatty liver is not a serious issue.
In view of your loose stools and gastric problems I would suggest you he the following tests done
1. CBC + PS + ESR
2. Stool microscopy
3. Tsh
4. SGOT and SGPT
We need to determine whether these symptoms are due to intestinal infection or due to irritable bowel syndrome.
Ineef some additional information
Have you lost weight in the past six months or have you ever seen blood in your stools?
Are the stools liquid or semisolid or normal ,how many times do you pass stool in a day

i have lost weight in past six months .blood not seen in stool.stool are semisolid and 2-3 times in 24 hrs with early morning 5 am first feeling of going to toilet,sound can be heard inside stomach of gas or liquid,with very less and deep sleep since last 3 months.have feeling of gas filled stomach ,but gas canot be passed easily.

In case you have lost weight you will need a colonoscopy in addition the tests mentioned above.
In the mean time I would advise you to continue tab pan. And take a probiotic like econorm.

what is the charge for colonscopy ? problem is now clear to me that its not liver problem.its slight pain to the left side ,gas starts from above navel and travel down to left side.sir can gutkha may also harm instestines.
