Brief Answer:
facial pressure/pain, headache, nasal symptoms

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

The sinuses are air filled spaces or cavities in the bones of the face. There are 4 sinuses in the face.

Sinus infection is associated with different symptoms such as nasal congestion, runny nose, facial pain/pressure, headache, post nasal drip, sneezing, fever, feeling generally unwell.
Some or all of these, may be present.

The pressure under your eyes may be related to sinus congestion and the abnormal taste may be due to a post nasal drip which may or may not be too noticeable.

It is most common if there is a history of sinus problems.

Sinus symptoms can occur with congestion/allergies or with infection.

The use of decongestants (oral and topical), oral antihistamines and topical nasal sprays would help if the symptoms are due to congestion/allergies.

If due infection then antibiotics would need to be added.

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
