Detailed Answer:
Hi there,

I have through your medical history carefully and understood your concerns.

As you are reporting a personal history of Raynad's, then, the changes in your face color and heating-feeling make me think of Raynad's. However, further evaluation by rheumatologist and angiologist is needed to rule out:
- Raynad's
- local blood vessels problems not related to Raynad's
- heart/brain problems

Next, with regards to white blotches, you must consult with a dermatologist as you may need to start oral and local treatment to stop further spread of them.

After being evaluated properly by the above-mentioned specialists, you will start taking appropriate treatment.

With regards to the feeling of getting something stuck in your throat, it might be related to :
- narrowing of the upper GI tract (cyst or other mass or inflammation)
- reflux/GERD
- gastritis or other gastric issues

Therefore, a good evaluation by ENT specialist together with gastroenterologist is needed for final conclusions.

As you may see, all your problems need their specific attention by specialized doctors to decide for best treatment.

All the best! Let me know if I can assist you further!
