There are no specific symptoms for HIV in early stage.They can occur in other conditions too.
The symptoms can be like recurrent or persistent fever , Persistent diarrhoea/ cough, unexplained significant weight loss , unusual/ recurrent infections, persistent generalised lympadenopathy .
Later stages opportunistic infections can occur like CMV,cryptococcus infections etc

Candidias presents as white lacy like lesions or curdy white patches in mouth .It can extend to esophagus in some or severe cases. It can occur in other conditions like diabetes or immunosuppressive diseases.This occurs in late stage of disease.
Herpes presents as tiny grouped vesicles or water filled lesions in oral cavity or lips, with symptoms like burning or pain.They are recurrent and occurs severely in HIV patients involving larger areas or ulcerative type.
This can occur earlier but can occur as a simple infection and is not specific to HIV .

Dear Sir i didnot Have any Pain In my Body i am Completly Free I had Sex and today is my 90 days get Completed still My Food Intake was good, No body Weight Reduced, No problem In urination, No Itching, No Fever, No diareha, And there is no Symptoms at all am i Free from HIV or Not ?
