Question: I have a question regarding my genital area that is the penis..
I am 22 years old and its nw that i got curious to know wether i have a normal penis
All that time i thout i had a normal penis despite the fact that i couldnt aim well while peeing...
My urethra hole isnt at the centre.it is slightly below the head(i dont knw wether i should upload a picture to get advice wether its normal or not...i havent had any other issues despite its now that i notice that an uncircumsised penis should have a skin all through round..but mine is only a little skin cover at the top of my head..no skin bottom of the penis..
This issue has made me freak out since past two days..any issue will be helpful

Brief Answer:
Possible hypospadia

Detailed Answer:
Hi and welcome.
Considering your description, this is probably condition called hypospadia and this is not uncommon. In mild cases there is slight dislocation of urethral opening and sometimes it may be completely on the dorsal side of penis. Usually,no other anomalies are present and this may present only esthetic concern. In every case this can be surgically repaired so you should consult urologist. Wish you good health. Regards

Is it a must that it needs surgery?
I dont have any other problem and i have lived with it for past 20 years its nw i noticed and my parents never talked about it.possibly they know it and maybe when i was a baby the surgery wasnt perfomed.
The only problem i have heard is from the recent past year..leakage of urine that is the feeling of urine still left which sometimes dribbles in small drops after urinating and also semen dribling only sometimes after ejaculation.but this has been hapening only in my adulthood..
Done all tests no uti and no prostate problem.had ultrasound also done.all okay
So could that problem be related really to hypospadia

Brief Answer:
not necessarily

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
If you dont have complications such as recurrent urinary infections then it doesnt need to be surgically managed. This decision is up to you. But it looks to me like hypospaid and usually this is surgically repaired in childhood.
However, people live with this normally.
