My right eye is bloodshot. Doesn't seem to be conjunctivitis due to no gunk forming around that eyelid. I've had a broken blood vessel in my eye, but it usually has only half of the eye bloodshot. After a few days most of the White area was bloodshot. Just began using eye drops last night and it looks a little better. Should I be concerned? XXXXXXX XXXXX.

Though I would have been happier with a photo but you apparently have a sub conjunctival hemorrhage due to a Brocken blood vessel.This needs no treatment and will resolve on its own.
Cause of such hemorrhage is to be looked into,control your BP Nd blood sugar.
