Question: I am taking .25 mg Xanax and 10 mg propranolol one time per day on the days that I work ( Monday - Thursday ) for anxiety and slight intention tremor. With that dosage is there any problem just not taking them on my three days off?

Brief Answer:
No withdrawals on your drug holidays

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for contacting HCM with your health care concerns

You are concerned that taking xanax and propranolol 4 days a week that there would be any withdrawal or other side effects on your days off. There should be no rebound effects or any withdrawal effects on your days off. This schedule is normal and has helped people with intention tremor and anxiety. You can proceed as per your doctors instructions without any concerns
