Brief Answer:
Not to worry. Let me help you out.

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX
Welcome to Health Care Magic. Thank you for posting your query.
I can understand your concern.

Let me ask you a few questions
1. Why have they been prescribed ? These are Proton Pump inhibitors usually prescribed for peptic ulcer disease, reflux disease , dyspepsia etcetra in general.
2. Can you kindly enumerate the exact problem you are having?
3. For how long have you been taking them?

I would suggest you to
- come up with the exact problem you are having
- stop Nexpro L and Zintac.
- I would start Tablet Pantodac 40 twice daily.

I would also suggest you to visit a gastro-enterologist. He /she can examine you and correlate clinically.

Hope this helps.
Post any other question.
Regards.
