Brief Answer:
Moderate risk is present, and will require frequent monitoring

Detailed Answer:
Hello sir and welcome.

Thank you for writing to us.

I have gone through your query with diligence and would like you to know that I am here to help. The main problem with adding testosterone to your current drug equation is the effect all these drugs can have on your liver and cardiac health. In my opinion the effect or risk is not large, but I would advise continuous monitoring (at least once a month) of your cardiac and liver health. Please do write back to me with your cardiac history as I would like to know more.

I hope you find my response helpful sir. Please feel free to write back to me for any further clarifications, I would be more than happy to help.

Best wishes.
