Brief Answer:
Avoid Deanxit.

Detailed Answer:
Welcome To HCM. I am Dr Anshul Varshney.
I understand your concern.
I would advise you to switch over from Deanxit to Lonazep or Clonazepam in night.
Deanxit is not easily available as very few doctors write it due to its potential neurological side effects.
I won't advise you to take that. Infact,it has been banned in many countries.
Now about your high liver enzymes. That might be due to Statins that you must be taking. You have not mentioned but you must be taking it like Atorvastatin, Rosuvastatin.
These drugs can cause such rise in liver enzymes.
Also mention do you consume alcohol?
Have you got yourself tested for hepatitis b and C?
Enclose your complete liver function test report.
Stay Healthy.
