ANGIPLAT is an antianginal drug that contains nitroglycerin as the active ingredient.

This is usually used to abort or prevent an anginal attack.
Though most patients tolerates the drug without much difficulty, it can cause some side effects;common ones being nausea, abdominal discomfort, hypotension, bradycardia or reflex tachycardia, palpitation, dizziness, headache,vertigo, pedal edema etc.

So cardiovascular status and other parameters are monitored with regular follow ups if the drug is being used regularly. Kindly stick onto your doctor's advice.
