Question: Did follihair and minioxdil 5% solution has any side effects for sexual life..? I am 29 years old male.
Also yesterday I felt erection.. And I can't have strong pennies more than 1 minutes.

I assume you are taking minoxidil and follihair under the guidance of your doctor.

Follihair are multivitamin tablets containing biotin which is a hair vitamin.

Thanks for your concern, and my doubts about these medicines has been cleared.
Other than this, last week i had good sex with my partner, but last night i started my sex perfect, and it went for 5 minuts without any distraction. Befor sperm coming out, my pennies went small and it is not getting big again. I am getting affried. Is there any healthy foods for resolving this problem? I am somooking 8 cigrates per day. Yesterday morning i had paracettamel tablet for hedhech. Please help me out.

It seems you are having erectile dysfunction.

There are many causes for this disease, but probably stress and anxiety are common causes.
It will be better for you not to get panic and stay calm as far as possible. Ensure that you had sound sleep at night. Consume fresh fruits and avoid alcohol and smoking. If worried about drug's side effects, then better to not take them.

A drug taldanafil is available to treat this condition ,but it will be better to take this under the guidance of a doctor.
