Brief Answer:
high fiber, a lot of fluids would help to get a bowel movement

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Since it was swallowed, it would be in the stomach and getting ready to head towards the small then large intestines.

At this point, there is no way of bringing it back out via the mouth, it would be passed out in the stool since the intestines have no way of absorbing it.
Plastic cannot be absorbed in the gastrointestinal tract so you may see in in a bowel movement within a few days (by day 3).

In some cases, the foreign object may mixed into the feces so it may be difficult to specifically identify the piece of plastic

Using high fiber foods, may help you to have a bowel movement faster. This would include fruits, vegetables, cereals, brown rice/pasta, other whole grain foods (barley, oats etc).
Using enough fluids daily would also help as well

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
