Karvol capsules contain drugs or essential oils which benefit as decongestant when they are inhaled.
However, they are very unlikely to be poisonous if swallowed by mistake.
Your husband may suffer nausea vomiting or possibly stomach pains.
If he only took one capsule and he is not suffering from nausea or stomach pains, I suggest you to wait for sometime and keep him at home.
If he becomes unwell and develops vomiting or stomach pains (which is unlikely),then it is wise to consult a doctor at some nearby hospital.
