What Are The Repercussions Of Taking Additional Dosage Of DTaP And Influenza Vaccines?

Question: my 5 year old grandson is going to get his vaccinations again. he got them a year ago but the doctor office computer shows no record of him getting them. will there be side effects?
Vaccine : DTap, MMR, Polio-IPV, VAR (Varivax), Influenza IIV3 MDV.
The issue is he needs proof to be able to attend school.

Although an extra dose of the vaccines will not do any harm, it is quite unlikely that you would need to go for one. I think that you can discuss with the doctor that somehow the entry might have been skipped and that you share his concerns about the utility of the vaccines being given. If he is still not convinced it would hardly matter if he gets an extra dose (for the documentation purpose).
