Brief Answer:
No most likely no adverse effects will be there but be regular now.

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX

The guide lines for TB treatment are that it should be taken regularly on empty stomach first thing in the morning and nothing else to be eaten for half an hour after that. Preferably not a single dose should be missed out. This is to prevent development of drug resistant tb. Now nothing can be done even if you have missed few doses though it seems unlikely from your description. My advice to you is that now onwards be regular with your medicines and try not to miss a single dose.

Wish you the best.

doctor
Answered by Dr. Shashi Dangwal (48 minutes later)
Brief Answer:
Generally there is weight gain after starting TB treatment.

Detailed Answer:
With the start of TB treatment , generally there is weight gain. You may have lost weight due to some other reason like inadequate dietary intake. But since now you are maintaining the weight and you are feeling better, It shows that your treatment is effective. Take your medicines and eat a healthy diet.

The excess heat at night is not because of the tb medicines. Do not get stressed by worrying too much about the treatment. Just follow your treatment on a regular basis and every thing will be fine.

madam attaching my x-ray PA view and ESr report during starting of my treatment
doctor
Answered by Dr. Shashi Dangwal (2 hours later)
Brief Answer:
ESR is normal. For chest xray report get a HRCT chest done.

Detailed Answer:

Your blood report including ESR is normal.

The chest xray report says reticulonodular opacities in bilateral mid lower zones. This finding is generally seen in interstitial lung disease. The radiologist has advise a HRCT chest which you should get done as it will give a clearer picture.

Take care.

madam my physician told it is due to swallowing of lymph nodes hence we didn't proceed for HRCT chest and the diagnosis was established by FNAC as attached so is it ok
doctor
Answered by Dr. Shashi Dangwal (1 hour later)
Brief Answer:
X-ray findings are generally seen in ILD .

Detailed Answer:
The FNAC is suggestive of tuberculosis but the x-ray findings are usually not seen in tb.Such findings are generally seen in ILD as I have mentioned earlier. Hence it is better to get a HRCT chest done.
