Question: What to do if someone has taken 4 tablets of zolfresh 5mg at a time? How harmful it is and how to reduce its affect?

You need to patiently wait for the effect to subside

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on Health care magic.

Zolfresh 4 tablets would not be lethal although it would add to the taxation on liver in terms of metabolism. If less than few hours has elapsed since it's intake, stomach wash can be given, but beyond a few hours it is pointless. Other than dialysis (not needed unless clinical toxicity is present) all you can do is to wait for the action to be over. Till then increased amount of sleeping is likely to be present. If he/she has a steady pulse and blood pressure, nothing needs to be done about it.
