Brief Answer:
You need PGS

Detailed Answer:
Hello

I understand your concerns about repeated miscarriages and precautions you need to take.

The best precaution you can take is to be on folic acid medicines while trying for pregnancy.

This periconceptional folic acid prevents any abnormalities in baby especially neural tube defects.

Apart from this you don't need any other precautions.

Since you had miscarriage 4 times, there is likely possibility of chromosomal abnormalities in the babies. That can be possible reason for abortion. Hence I suggest you go for preimplantation generic screening (PGS) of embryos which will help to identify chromosomally normal embryo to be transferred and avoid miscarriage.

Of course PGS is a part of IVF procedure. I recommend this since your age is high and you have history of repeated miscarriages
