Brief Answer:
different possible effects, may not occur

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

It is understandable to be concerned regarding the use of multiple medications.

There are some minor interactions: (1) naproxen decreases the effects of both the propranolol, benicar and uroxatral

(2)Benicar and naproxen both increase the toxicity of each other, this means that they can increase the side effects and complications that can occur as result of the medication. Though the naproxen can decrease benicar's effectiveness, it increases potential side effects

(3)benicar, naproxen and propranlol all increase potassium levels. You may not have an effect but your levels should be occasionally checked.

These are the main possible effects that may occur in some persons. If you are not noticing any problems then you should be okay.

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions

Is there something other than Naproxen that would be just as effective for inflammation that wouldn't adversely effect the usefulness of the other meds?

Is there a better choice than naproxen for inflammation so that the adverse effects of propranolol, benicar and uroxatral will NOT be realized?

Brief Answer:
the other NSAIDs have a similar reaction

Detailed Answer:
HI

the other commonly used NSAIDs such as ibuprofen, cataflam, celebrex, meloxicam can also interact. The reaction is similar for the class of drug

It is important to remember that though these interactions may occur, the effect may not be noticeable or significant to you. The changes may be minor.

Medscape drug interaction checker which is a medical professional directed drug interaction checker has different levels of results: (1)serious, use an alternative (2) monitor closely (3)minor (4)no interaction

These interactions come under monitor. By monitoring potassium levels, urinary symptoms (the uroxatral), blood pressure levels and presence of side effects, you may be able to continue the medication as prescribed

If this is not an option, you may have to use another class of pain killers but they would not have the anti inflammatory effect. eg paracetamol, opioids

Another option would be adding another pain killer such acetaminophen to the naproxen so you do not need to use as much as the naproxen, therefore reducing any complications

Please feel to ask anything else
